Our workshop services include:

Hovercraft fabrication and repairs - We have over 25 years experience in small hovercraft design, fabrication, repairs, modifications and upgrades. We are qualified to fabricate small hovercraft to suit your needs. This includes - Recreational, rescue and light commercial hovercraft for fishing, farming, industrial and mining sectors.

Fiberglass fabrication and repairs - Serving Goulburn and surrounding districts. This includes boat and horse float fiberglass (or fibreglass) repairs and modifications, gel coat repairs, plug and mold fabrication, high quality hand layup, vacuum formed and resin infusion products. We specialize in the use of exotic fabrics, resins and core materials including Kevlar, carbon fiber, E and S glass, honeycomb, PVC and vinyl foam cores.

Hovercraft trailer fabrication - We have over 30 year of metal engineering experience ranging from welding, machining, building structures to motor body fabrication. Besides our standard hovercraft trailer designs, we can design and build trailers to suit your requirements.

Other works - Over a period of more than 27 years, Nell fabrication and Viper Hovercraft has also made competition surf boats, ridged inflatable surf rescue boats, competition rowing skulls, building facers, Defense force parts, light aircraft parts, vertical take off and landing craft, display stands, and a variety of other parts (too many to mention).
