Malaysia sits on the Ring of Fire, and certainly sees its fair share of earth quakes, tsunamis and typhoons. It was no surprise that the Malay government pursued the purchase of rescue hovercraft to add to their existing rescue fleet.
The Viper 4X Rescue was purchased by the Kuala Lumpur City rescue services to assist in flood rescue across the river channel systems that house many Malaysians.
I was very fortunate to be able to demonstrate and train the rescue personnel on the Kuala Lumpur municipal lake, in eye sight of the famous Petronas Towers.
